All Sales are FINAL. All used items are sold as an AS-IS sale and will not be replaced or refunded . Software sales (NEW or USED) are all FINAL due to software piracy and will NOT refund or except returns. If an item is payed with Paypal I must receive the payment with in 48 hours unless contacted and arrangements are made. ( Keep in mind that if the payment is not received, eCrater will keep the item posted on inventory until it is payed for which will allow an other buyer to purchase the item)
